9" Classic Satchel Sumatra Black Parrot

Full disclosure: my Sumatra collection fabrics are not up cycled.  I purchased them off the roll. I will do this if a fabric is spectacular. And this one is!

Sumatra motif is a luscious botanical with rich multicoloured florals and a cheeky bright parrot as the headliner. It's just like visiting the tropics. The black trim is the finishing touch. 

(The parrot clearly isn't  black, but the background is, hence the name.)

Both body and trim fabrics are durable upholstery fabrics.

The strap lengthens to a cross body length.

This small sized handbag has a stainless steel frame (made in Canada) that gives a firm opening of 5" by 8". The strong silver clasp will keep the frame securely closed.

The sides are soft and expandable. So you can fill the bag with just a bit  more than you think possible.

Inside you'll find an aqua green polyester lining with 4 small and 2 large open pockets.
