Pocket Brocade 'Stained Glass'

I generally don't purchase fabrics from a store, unless it's fabulous! And this one is!

'Stained Glass' is a polyester brocade bought when I was last in Japan from Nippori, the fabric district in Tokyo.

The flap is geometric brocade in black, blue, yellow and gold. The pattern is reminiscent of a stained glass window. Hence, the name. The body and strap is made from a rich black faux leather. It is lined in bright yellow coloured lining. The hardware is silver nickel.

The strap extends to from an over the shoulder to cross body length.

Please note: the pattern in the brocade may be from a different area of the fabric so it may be slightly different from this one shown.
